Incorporated in June 2014, Zhongcai Securities Limited (“ZSL”) is the second financial services subsidiary of Zhongcai Merchants Investment Group (after Zhongcai Asset Management Limited) that is based in Hong Kong and licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”).

After several months of intensive preparation, ZSL was granted its brokerage license from SFC in December 2014. Currently, ZSL focuses on conducting Type 1 Regulated Activities (i.e. dealing in securities) under the Securities and Futures Ordinance with Central Entity Number BED053. ZSL is also a participant of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK”) and Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (“HKSCC”) with Participant ID 2679. The official launch of our business has marked the rise of ZSL as a core member of Zhongcai Merchants Investment Group’s oversea business. ZSL will keep sharpening its competitive edge with the help of its parent company, striving to gain a seat in the global financial market.

The building of the ZSL service platform is still ongoing. We aim to be able to provide diversified financial services including but not limited to securities dealing in HK and around the globe in the future.
